2. Refund and Cancellation
Excluding services that are provided for FREE of charge to Client, all services that are provided with a fee will have a 3 day cancellation and refund policy if the services provided are not satisfactory to Client. In order to cancel and obtain a refund, Client must provide Company with written notification either by email, fax, or regular mail and the notification must be received at Company within the 3 day window from the time the service was first requested by Client.

3. Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide to Company any and all information to be true and accurate, to not to use the services of Company that will violate any local, state, federal or International laws, and to not solicit any persons or companies listed on TopForSaleByOwner.com for anything other than real estate related business for which it was originally intended.

4. Imdemnification
Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether implied, with respect to both the content and information of the website any other services that may be provided by Company. Neither Company, nor its directors, officers and employees shall be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of any information on TopForSaleByOwner.com including links to any web sites from this website.

5. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notification to Client. Should Client be not satisfied with the changes, Client agrees that the only recourse by Client is to cease using the services provided by Company. Client also agrees that there will be no monetary compensation to Client from Company for such cessation and/or change of services.
